Responsabilities:
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the integrated monitoring and evaluation plan and monitoring activities in support of the country programme.
Competencies:
Strong statistical and analytical, quantitative and qualitative research skills. Ability to organize and implement training.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in social sciences/development planning, or other related field with training in programme management
Experience:
Eight years of progressively responsible professional work experience at national and international levels in programme monitoring and evaluation.
Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Bangla is desirable.
Others:
Good analytical, negotiating and communication skills.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research skills.
