Responsabilities:
Analyze, evaluate and contribute to the development of Sector wide approaches and strategies for harnessing the potential
of information and communication for development in cluster countries, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Competencies:
Excellent IT skills. The incumbent must demonstrate a sufficient level of understanding regarding emerging communication and information technologies and their potential uses.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in communication, Information management or a related field.
Experience:
Very good professional experience (at least 4 to 7 years) in the area of communication and/or information of which preferably 2 years acquired at international level.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
