Responsabilities:
Conceptualize, develop strategy for and oversee the design and implementation of major enterprise content management systems initiatives that may include document management, document imaging and scanning, collaboration and Web Content management;
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of and extensive expertise in systems design, development, management, implementation and maintenance of complex information systems; knowledge of content management system including collaboration;

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in Computer or Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. A first level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of advanced university degree.
Experience:
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the design and development of large and complex institutional information systems, including experience in developing and/or deploying an enterprise content management system is required.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of a second official UN language is desirable.
Others:
In-depth knowledge, in the context of a content management system platform, of one or more of the following areas: Document Management (DM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Records Management (RM) or Web Content Management (WCM) is required;
