Responsabilities:
Analyses narrative and financial reports on the use of grants disbursed and new applications for funding received from NGOs providing assistance to victims of torture.
Competencies:
Demonstrated professional competence and mastery of the subject matter, shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges, demonstrated research and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in law, political science, international relations, social sciences or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience at national and international levels in human rights, political affairs, international relations, law or related areas.
Languages:
Fluency in Russian and English. Very good knowledge of French or Spanish.
