Education:
Masters degree e.g., MBA, or equivalent in the social sciences (business, economics, HR, organizational development/psychology, education, training, public administration).
Experience:
At least 8 years D&I experience in the WBG or other large corporate. Some international work experience, ideally in a developing country.
