Qualifications:
Education:
PhD degree in engineering or economics or agriculture (with focus on irrigation/agricultural water management) and 12 years of experience or Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.;
Experience:
Demonstrated intellectual leadership in several core topics related to AWM, with a strong focus on sector policy advice, project design and implementation.
Languages:
Spoken and written fluency in English.
