Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or in a closely related field;
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in dealing with forestry and forest-related issues (including 6 or more years working with developing countries, with a particular emphasis on Eastern Europe and Central Asia);
Languages:
Fluency in English; Russian would be an advantage.
Others:
Command of Bank and operational rules and procedures, including safeguards would be an advantage;
