Excellent writing and verbal skills; ability to communicate ideas effectively and to write quickly and clearly under pressure; demonstrated experience in writing reports for policy audiences

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in economics
Experience:
At least 8 years of relevant experience, including expertise in analysis of international trade, public policy, and services regulatory reform
Languages:
Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish highly desirable
Others:
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated track record of working in a team environment with multiple priorities and tight deadline
