Responsabilities:
Assist in the design, implementation and coordination of the programmes of TWAS and
other partners (IAP, IAMP, TWOS and COSTIS) as decided upon by the governing
bodies of these organizations and as instructed by the Executive Director;
Competencies:
Experience in planning and organizing international/regional conferences, workshops
and training courses, particularly in developing countries;

Qualifications:
Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral level in a scientific field;
Experience:
At least 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience, of which preferably 1 year
acquired at the international level, in the design, development and implementation of
scientific programmes in and for developing countries;
Languages:
Excellent drafting skills in English;
