Responsabilities:
Work with users in defining and analysing user requirements for software and hardware applications and use this information in the subsequent creation and maintenance of an annual work plan.
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of computer programming and of system analysis and design so as to develop efficient, correct and compatible programs and to oversee the work of project staff.

Qualifications:
Education:
University (or equivalent) degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience:
At least 7 years of relevant practical experience, including at least 5 years of recent experience in developing client-server or web-based applications, for example with clients interfacing with Windows and relational database management systems.
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of another official IAEA language (i.e. Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) an advantage.
Others:
Strong analytical skills and customer orientation to translate customer requests into workable solutions.
