Qualifications:
Education:
Masters degree in environmental engineering, financing, economics, or related area.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years professional experience in some of the following areas: municipal engineering design, construction supervision and management, or financial management of utilities.
Languages:
In addition to English, fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) spoken and written is required.
Others:
Strong inter-personal and communication skills in presenting, discussing, and resolving difficult issues with clients and colleagues;
