Responsabilities:
Coordinate administrative-technical support to Engineering Section in Supervision of Engineering Projects Mission wide including resource planning, quality control, power supply, building management issues to senior staff.
Competencies:
Professionalism: Ability to apply engineering skills and to participate in engineering projects, including preparation of cost estimates, research of data and preparing graphs.

Qualifications:
Education:
Education: Advanced University degree (Masters Degree or equivalent) in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive and extensive in construction/maintenance of facilities. Awareness of engineering and geo-technical survey.
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written English is essential and Knowledge of Swahili and Somali is an asset.
Others:
Should be able to perform engineering duties under stress and in hostile environment
