Responsabilities:
Provides full range of programme/project management and implementation assistance at all phases of the programme/project cycle for UN REDD, GRASP and Comiform.
Competencies:
Professionalism: Knowledge of administrative policies, processes and procedures generally and in particular those related to programme/project budgeting/financial implementation.

Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of high school is required. Additional technical training in the field of finance, or accounting and budget and project management is required.
Experience:
At least seven years of experience in programme or project administration including budget and preparation of financial reports, monitoring and coordinating expenditure reports from many implementing partners and consolidating into required reports.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
Others:
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet) and ractical experience using Excel and Access spreadsheets is required. IMIS and Integrated Monitoring and Document Information System (IMDIS) skills are required.
