Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in transport, economics or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.Experience:A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in transport, including at least five years of experience at the managerial level. Experience in research, evaluation and policy development is required.LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations. For this post, fluency in written and oral English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language, such as Chinese, French or Russian, is an advantage.Others:Ability to use relevant computer technology. |
